24 year-old sentenced to federal prison after impersonating teenager, enrolling in Ohio high school
A 24 year-old who impersonated a teenager and attended high school in Perrysberg is facing a federal prison sentence.
In a press release, federal investigators said Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra, a 24 year-old native of Venezuela, was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release on Jan. 26.
He was charged with:
-Possession of a Firearm by an Alien Unlawfully in the United States
-Making a False Statement During the Purchase of a Firearm
-Making or Using False Writings or Documents

According to a federal indictment, he falsified his date of birth in documents submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services and on federal applications for Temporary Protective Status and Employment Authorization.
In May of 2025, police received a tip that Labrador-Sierra, who was attending Perrysburg High School at the time.
