Car crashes into Columbus mammogram center

The Columbus saga of cars crashing into buildings continued yesterday in an unfortunate manner.

On April 30, a red, crossover style vehicle struck the building housing Solis Mammography, which is located at 974 Bethel Rd. STE F.

It’s currently unclear exactly what caused the crash, and if anyone was injured. According to local Instagram account cbuscarikaze, an anonymous witness reported that the crash occurred just before 2 p.m.

The extent of the damage to the Bethel Road space is also unclear, but it appears the crash did not significantly disrupt the local provider. A Solis Mammography representative told 614Now that the space was not forced to close its doors, and is currently operating under its normal hours.

Solis, which offers mammograms, bone density screenings and more, operates more than a dozen locations across the country.
