A Columbus floral shop owner is going viral after a heated encounter with an Uber driver handling a return. The video posted on TikTok shows the driver, Kimberly Moss, being verbally berated by the store owner. The encounter escalates throughout the video, with the owner using racial and misogynistic slurs.

The video was posted by Moss’ son, Antonio Moss. The video has accumulated over 2 million views since it was posted, with overwhelming support online for Moss. The post said “My mother was returning a floral order (requested by Uber) and this was the reaction she received from the belligerent store clerk. He then called the police & told them she had a gun.” The incident has sparked backlash for the store owner, with calls for accountability pouring in online. 

Valentine Floral, located at 2153 Eakin Rd. in Columbus has disconnected their voicemail box. The store has dropped to a 1.3 star rating on Google, with hundreds of negative reviews being posted in response to the incident. You can watch the full video here
