Local influencer sentenced to federal prison for $20 million Ponzi scheme
Local influencer Tyler Bossetti is used to the spotlight, as the Instagram account for his The All for Nothing Podcast boasts just under 100,000 followers. He’s just likely not used to the kind of spotlight he’s recently found himself in.
After being charged in the spring of 2025 and pleading guilty in June of the same year, the 31 year-old influencer was sentenced on Friday to 72 months (six years) in federal prison.
“As we close out tax season for the year, I want to remind the public that this office will aggressively pursue those who cheat the tax system or otherwise steal from the U.S. Treasury,” U.S. Attorney Gerace Dominick S. Gerace II said in a press release. “We will not tolerate fraud—whether committed against the government or private citizens.”

According to federal prosecutors, Bossetti received more than $23 million in investments from individuals across the country, losing approximately $11 million. From 2019-2023, he promised large returns (often thirty percent or more) for investments through his company Boss Lifestyle.
He admitted to using the funds to travel, rent a Downtown condo, purchase a $150,000 Mercedes SUV and make cryptocurrency investments.
