Combination wine bar and book store coming to Columbus area
Something novel is coming to Columbus in 2027—a combination wine bar, café, and independent book store will open in New Albany. The Novel Sip introduced themselves to the community via social media.

According to social media, owner Shayla Cole is excited and aiming for a spring opening in 2027. The concept promises to be a “neighborhood space for books and community.” Follow them here for updates and announcements.
