Landlord Kenneth Hendricks recently pleaded guilty to the aggravated arson charges concerning his property located on Lock Avenue near SR 104. The home was set ablaze on two separate occasions, first on March 4, 2024 and again just days after his release without bail.
Hendricks admitted to starting the fires, and he was reportedly attempting to evict alleged squatters from the residence. No one was harmed in either fire. Hendricks is currently imprisoned, and will be registered as an arson offender upon his release.
