Here’s how chicken nuggets earned one influencer a lifetime ban from Cedar Point

A social media influencer has been banned from all Six Flags parks for life after posting a viral video showing himself eating chicken nuggets while riding Cedar Point’s Millennium Force roller coaster.

Allen Ferrell, who has millions of followers across social media platforms, recently shared a video in which he appears to sneak a 10-piece order of McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets onto the iconic coaster before eating (most of) them during the ride.

Tony Clark, regional manager of public relations for Six Flags, provided this statement to 614NOW:

“Safety is a cornerstone of our business, and we have zero tolerance for inappropriate and unsafe behavior. Our ride safety policy strictly prohibits all loose articles on rides, including food which can become a choking hazard. Safety is a partnership between our guests and the park, and guests must follow all written and verbal instructions for safe riding. Guests who violate our Code of Conduct are not welcome in our parks, and this guest has been banned from all Six Flags parks for life.”

Millennium Force, one of Cedar Point’s signature attractions, reaches speeds of 93 mph and stands 310 feet tall. The park’s ride policies prohibit loose articles (and apparently, McNuggets) on the coaster.

The ban applies to all Six Flags properties, including Cedar Point, following the 2024 merger between Six Flags and Cedar Fair.

“I had no idea that eating a 10-piece chicken nugget on a rollercoaster would be a national headline,” Ferrell told the Cleveland FOX affiliate. But to the point of being banned for life, he said, “I understand.”
