‘Just like your favorite chip and dip, but better:’ Cbus restaurant unveils Cool Ranch Pierogi

Pools, patios, and blue pierogi—this is what summer is all about in Columbus. Pierogi Mountain has unveiled a cool ranch pierogi as their seasonal addition to the menu.

614Now spoke with owner and chef Charlie Greene, he said “I’m always looking for seasonal vibes and Cool Ranch always reminds me of summer! It will be on the menu until August. The blue [dough] is a nod to a certain corn chip brand that uses the same flavors.” Sound like something you’d try? According to Greene, the cool ranch pierogi has a “warm earthiness format potatoes, a creamy cooling flavor from cream cheese, and a zing of buttermilk and other secret ranch spices.”

Located at 105 N. Grant Ave. in Columbus, Pierogi Mountain is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and weekends 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Check out their non-blue menu items here and follow their Facebook for updates.
