National retail store opening Central Ohio location

New DSW location set to open in Pickerington, Ohio

Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) will open their fourth Central Ohio location this month. Adding to their Easton, Polaris, and Sawmill Rd. locations, the new store will be located at 10701 Blacklick Eastern Road NW in Pickerington.

That retail chain is Columbus-based, they are owned by Designer Brands Inc., headquartered at 810 DSW Drive. Since opening in 1991 in Dublin, Ohio—DSW has expanded to nearly 500 stores across the United States.

In his State of the City address, Pickerington Mayor Lee Gray confirmed that the former Party City building will house the new DSW location. The ribbon cutting will be held on May 21.
