The home is listed for $1,495,000 by Janice Fragapane, via Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Nestled on 7.56 acres and built in 2002, the quaint little home is 4 beds and 3.5 baths.
According to the listing, the estate is custom-built by a master carpenter. Intricate woodwork abounds, and the ceilings are 23 feet high in areas.
The moldings are hand-carved, and the dining room features Italian marble floors. The main bedroom features a two-person Jacuzzi tub, elaborately wood-carved bed, and a fireplace. The library is right out of Beauty and the Beast, but despite all the perks, Instagram users are hung up on the ‘death stairs’.
