Ohio woman accused of injecting her feces into her baby’s IV at Nationwide Children’s
On February 6th, Tiffany Lesueur’s child was admitted to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Nationwide suspected abuse and contacted a Columbus police officer, identifing Lesueur as the suspected abuser, and said that she would need to be monitored during all visits to the hospital.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Columbus Police, two days later, a Columbus police officer said they saw Lesueur use a syringe to inject a “foreign substance” into the baby’s IV line.

Video surveillance shows Lesueur coming out of a bathroom with a cup that appeared to hold fecal matter in it. The video then shows her taking a syringe and injecting the fecal matter into the IV line of her baby’s hand.
The Ohio woman was arraigned Feb. 9 in Franklin County Municipal Court with no bond set. The baby was treated by hospital staff after this incident.
