Short North business broken into over weekend, thousands of dollars in damage and stolen goods
The good news is that no one was hurt over the weekend when a Short North business was broken into. But the bad news is that this business, FERA, took a major hit to their inventory, according to their Instagram post.
FERA, located at 682 N. High St. and known for their high-end denim and brands that focus on sustainability, said that someone smashed their back windows and trashed their space (along with the adjacent Loft Nine). In the process, they stole new inventory from Samuel Zelig, their entire inventory of eyewear from Sixteen, plus several various items from their inventory.

FERA is asking for local resell shops to keep an eye out for brand new pieces from brands carried at their store.
“This hits us hard, every penny counts in small business,” the retailer said online. “We will keep delivering the best garments in the world right here in Columbus. If you’re in the neighborhood, come say hey, we’d love to see our community right now.”
The specialty clothing shop is open every day besides Monday, from 11AM-PM, with the exception of closing at 4PM on Sundays.
