This Ohio city is one of the ‘worst run’ in the entire country, new study says
An Ohio city was recently tapped as one of the worst run municipalities in the nation, according to a new WalletHub study.
The study, titled Best & Worst-run Cities in America, named Cleveland the 134th best city out of 148 cities total. In other words, Cleveland was tapped as the 15th worst-run city in the country.

Cincinnati wasn’t far behind at 111 out of 148, with Dayton following at 107. Columbus landed in the middle of the pack, at 80th. Overall, Provo, Utah was named the nation’s best-run city, and San Francisco was considered the worst-run.
According to WalletHub, each city received a score that was derived from a number of categories (each made up by multiple subsections), including financial stability, education, health, safety, economy and infrastructure and pollution, which were each worth a total of 16.67 points.
