‘This one even made me nervous:’ Popular ‘hood journalist’ shares vlog of visit to Columbus

A popular social media ‘hood journalist’ visited Columbus, and the ensuing vlog is currently making waves online.

In late February, Na’Shan Clay (#nashanclay)—a popular content creator who visits cities to create segments for his Hood Stories series—stopped by an East Side Columbus neighborhood and had some strong words to say about Ohio’s Capital City.

“Columbus, Ohio you might just have the most interesting blog so far,” an Instagram post from Clay reads. “This one made me nervous and I barely get nervous. What a crazy experience stepping into certain environments in the city and really learning what it’s like growing up there.”

You can watch the whole 50-minute video on Clay’s YouTube channel. On Instagram alone, his Columbus vlog post alone has garnered nearly 6,000 likes on Instagram and almost 700 total comments.
