Worker hospitalized after cardiac arrest atop Columbus theater roof
A worker is reportedly in critical condition after suffering cardiac arrest while on the roof of a movie theater building at Easton Town Center last Wednesday morning.
According to Columbus Division of Fire records obtained by 614NOW, crews were called to Easton around 9:30 a.m. after reports that the worker had gone into cardiac arrest while on the roof of the theater. First responders provided advanced life support measures and assisted the worker’s breathing before safely removing him from the building.

The worker was transported to a local hospital and was listed in critical condition.
Additional details about the worker and the circumstances leading up to the medical emergency have not been released.
