Tomato Wars, live music and more: Reynoldsburg’s largest yearly festival celebrates the city’s unique history

Known as the “Birthplace of the Tomato,” Reynoldsburg is celebrating one of its most beloved traditions with the return of the annual Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival. For more than 60 years, this community event has brought residents and visitors together for a three-day celebration featuring live entertainment, local vendors, delicious food, family-friendly activities, and plenty of tomato-themed fun.

The festival honors Reynoldsburg’s unique connection to tomato history, dating back to local horticulturist Alexander W. Livingston. Today, the Tomato Festival continues to celebrate that legacy while showcasing the creativity, community spirit, and hometown pride that make Reynoldsburg special.
