The 202 NRHA Derby® presented by Markel was–quite literally–one for the ages. The event saw the NRHA $10 Dollar Man Andrea Fappani and Alpha Viking (Gunnatrashya x Rock It With Sass) score an eye-popping 236 in the Level 4 Open Derby finals, the highest-ever ever score for an Open Derby finals.
This year’s Derby packed plenty more action and enticing storylines outside of Fappani’s feat, including a prominent father-son duo making history, a Michael Jackson-inspired Freestyle performance and much more, and you can find it all in the August 2026 issue of Reiner.
