The best pork dishes to try this Restaurant Week

Restaurant Week is a glorious time for picky eaters and foodies alike to try Columbus restaurants for the first time and experience dishes they would never have thought to order. From July 20-25, you can enjoy a variety of 3-course meals at some of the city’s best restaurants for just $15-$50. In collaboration with The Ohio Pork Council, we put together a list of menus featuring pork dishes for your stomach to feast upon.

Get a pork-full of these 5 delicious menus highlighting pork this Restaurant Week:

$20 menu at Blue Agave (9745 Johnstown Rd., New Albany)
Start with guacamole, followed by #30 Burrito Simon: Pork barbecue with Mexican sausage, black beans, and green sauce. Satisfy your sweet tooth with fried ice cream.

$20 menu at 6-1-Pho (4386 N High St)
Choose between a pho, noodle, or rice bowl, then enjoy a pork Banh mi. Finish your meal off with three Mama Mai’s pork egg rolls. 

$20 menu at Hoggy’s BBQ (830 Bethel Rd.)
Enjoy a hearty half rack of ribs slathered in Hoggy’s signature Pork Mop Sauce with a choice of two regular sides, from Garlic and Bacon Green Beans to Grandma’s Baked Beans. Finish off your meal the Southern way with Banana Pudding for dessert.

$25 menu at Hofbräuhaus (800 Goodale Blvd.)
After the Cheesy potato soup and pretzel combo, dig into the German classic, Jägerschniztel, breaded, fried pork topped with mushroom sauce and served with cabbage and German Potato Salad. For dessert, enjoy the choice of either a classic Bavarian or Raspberry Creampuff.

$50 menu at Cameron’s American Bistro (2185 W. Dublin-Granville Rd., Worthington)
A meal worth splurging on: Start with a fresh mixed-green Bistro Salad, then for your main course choose the Pork Chop & Clams. A classic thick slice of meat paired with Littleneck Clams topped with toasted garlic, chili, and red onion, enjoyed with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. End on a sweet note with the Buckeye Torte.
