This steakhouse might be your latest obsession
There’s something about a really good dinner that makes you want to slow down a little. Order another cocktail. Order an extra appetizer for the table, treat yourself to the steak. End the night splitting a few desserts, even though you were definitely “too full” five minutes ago.
If that’s the kind of night you’re craving, meet your latest obsession—Cut132.
Located at 4188 Brighton Rose Way in Easton, Cut132 brings together the things you want from a high-quality steakhouse—USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, a thoughtfully curated wine list and cocktails that are dangerously fun—with an atmosphere that doesn’t take itself too seriously. It’s elevated without being stuffy, and just as easy to stop in for happy hour as it is to celebrate a special date night.
There’s plenty to get excited about before the main course even arrives.
Start with the burrata salad or head straight for Cut132’s premium seafood bar with oysters and shrimp cocktail. Feeling a little more adventurous? The roasted bone marrow comes with bourbon demi-glace, bacon and fig chutney and porcini-crusted ciabatta, and you can add a shot of whiskey.
Then, naturally, there’s the steak.
Cut132 serves USDA Prime steaks, including filet mignon, New York strip, ribeye, a 40-ounce tomahawk and A-5 Wagyu strip. And while a perfectly prepared steak doesn’t need much help, Cut132 makes it pretty tempting to add a little something extra. The filet can go Oscar style with béarnaise and jumbo lump crab, while sauces like chimichurri, peppercorn cognac cream and béarnaise give you plenty of ways to make your plate your own.
Not a steak person? You’re still in good hands. The menu includes everything from Chilean sea bass to salmon with shrimp scampi. Our advice? Don’t sleep on the sides.
Bourbon cream corn combines fresh Ohio sweet corn with bourbon cream and bacon, while honeyed brussel sprouts bring a sweet-savory option to the table. There’s also five-cheese mac and cheese, truffle Parmesan fries (an essential part of any girl dinner), whipped sweet potatoes and so much more.
If you’re planning a date night, Cut132 makes it easy to turn dinner into an entire evening. Start with cocktails, order a few things for the table, linger over dinner and finish with dessert. The restaurant’s bar and lounge are just as inviting for a casual drink as they are for a special night out.
If you’re looking for your next happy hour spot, Cut132 has that covered. Happy hour runs daily from 4-6 p.m. at the bar, with options like steak bites, shrimp scampi, calamari, wings and a smash burger, alongside drink specials. The cocktails are their own star of the show—Cut132 puts playful spins on familiar favorites, from a smoked Old Fashioned to a spicy margarita and a variety of martinis.
Whether you’re celebrating something, catching up with friends, heading out for date night or you randomly decide that Tuesday deserves a really good steak, Cut132 makes the whole experience feel a little less formal than a traditional steakhouse, and a lot more fun.
Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 4-9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4-10 p.m., with weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Happy hour is available daily from 4-6 p.m.
