Open pho business in Clintonville
New Vietnamese causal offering 6-1-Pho has opened its doors in Clintonville (4386 North High Street). Judging from comments from owners on their Facebook page, it sounds like Day-1 may have been a bit bumpy due in part to unexpectedly high customer volume. (That’s sort of a nice problem for a new business to have.)
This week, 6-1-Pho will be open for dinner starting at 4:30pm and begin their regular hours next week: Tuesday through Saturday 11:30am to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 8pm. (jj)

A new family-run restaurant will soon be offering up something different pho you…and it comes with a warning right on the front door: Our pho is addicting
They certainly hope that you’ll agree.
Ian Capotosta, Lisa Bui and Mai Bui are just days from opening the doors to 6-1-Pho, a casual Vietnamese street-cuisine eatery at 4386 North High Street in Clintonville. In putting their menu design in place, the trio focused on recipes from Mai’s kitchen. Capotosta was able to draw on his years of experience at Press Grill to develop and fine-tune the plan for 6-1-Pho. Dishes will be prepared and served in Chipotle-style counter fashion.

6-1-Pho expects to open in the first week of August. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11:30am to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 8pm.
