One of only two brick and mortar Amazon clothing stores is coming to Columbus
When we think of Amazon, we think of the Internet. But now, the global online marketplace is bringing things back to brick and mortar with a unique new clothing store.
Amazon Style, the brand’s first physical venture into clothing retail, is slated to open at Easton Town Center later this year, although an exact opening date wasn’t given.
The first Amazon Style storefront opened in Los Angeles late last month. The new Columbus location will be the brand’s second store.

“We’re delighted to be part of the Columbus community and offer customers a new and innovative way to shop their favorite looks from Amazon in person,” said Monica Ravi, Director of Operations for Amazon Style in a press release.
And just because Amazon Style is a physical storefront doesn’t mean the concept will shy away from incorporating some flashy retail technology. Shoppers will use QR codes to send clothing items to fitting rooms or cashier counters for purchase. Touchscreens will also allow customers to request different sizes and colors, and will offer personalized style recommendations.
