Construction on the virtual reality hub is set to begin soon. The concept is slated to open this fall, although an exact date has not been announced.

The location will offer four “free-roam” virtual reality rooms where visitors can choose from six immersive worlds and take part in everything from fighting zombies to navigating haunted mansions. Each session lasts 45 minutes, with approximately 30 minutes of actual gameplay.

“We’re glad that Sandbox VR has chosen Bridge Park to open its first central Ohio location,” said Bob Hoying, principal of Crawford Hoying, the owner and developer of Bridge Park in a press release. “It adds to the numerous entertainment options available at Bridge Park, offering the neighborhood and its visitors another fun, family-friendly destination to enjoy.”
