Condos approved and bombard Italian Village, more construction

Developers at West 1st Avenue and Summit got through a hurdle Tuesday night when village commission approved their six-condo plan. The Borror Properties condos will join the projects that have bombarded the Italian Village renovation in recent years. The homes will be called “Truberry on Summit” and include a separate garage where residents can enter through Summit and renders that show a brick facade and balconies.
