Luxury barn venue on sprawling 12-acre property coming to Columbus area
Whether it’s the 12 idyllic acres of rural land, the picturesque barn venue, the on-site floral studio or one of its other many amenities, White Willow Meadows will be what you need to host the upscale wedding of your dreams.
The new event venue is slated to open in early 2024, but is currently open for reservations. You can book your event here.
The space will be located at 10269 Ballah Rd. in Orient, Ohio. Situated less than 20 minutes from Downtown Columbus, White Willow Meadows is an easy drive from the City, but its expansive acreage still feels like an escape from the bustle of urban life.
With space for 350 guests, the new Pickaway County venue is all-inclusive, which means your day-of wedding coordinator, lodging and even floral designers are all provided.
The venue’s Main Barn, complete with 35 foot-tall ceilings and custom Amish framing, can serve as an indoor ceremony space as well as a reception area. Reclaimed wood and white walls create an atmosphere that feels both chic and timeless. If you’d prefer to hold a ceremony outside, White Willow can accommodate, as the venue boasts an airy outdoor pergola framed by a beautiful natural tree-line.
Guests can visit White Willows’ on-site floral design studio to customize their arrangements. With a capacity of 25-30 people, the studio can even be rented out by itself as a venue for smaller gatherings like bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.
Also included is an overnight stay for up to 14 in White Willow Meadows’ on-site accommodation. The 5,000 square-foot Dairy Barn (separate from the Main Barn), was originally built in the 1800s and will be transformed into a luxury airbnb. In addition to having your bridal party spend the night, the barn can host up to 45 guests to keep the party going late into the night.
An engagement photo session, bridal suite and groom quarters, concert-quality audio setup, lounge area for cocktail hours and more will also be provided. Parties will only need to supply their own food and bartender.
