“Nation’s fiercest costume party” begins tonight

The seventh annual HighBall event begins at 6 p.m. Friday in the Short North with the On The Rocks concert featuring “Who’s Bad,” a Michael Jackson tribute band, and a glamourous fashion show. The Battelle Michael Jackson Costume Contest starts at 10 p.m. and features categories like “Bad” for the best Michael Jackson Fashion Award and “Triller” for the scariest costume. Winners receive a $250 cash prize!

HighBall continues Saturday at 6 p.m.
