Columbus pizzeria offering pizza challenge with ‘16lbs of meat’ – can you beat it?

“100 DOLLARS. 28 INCHES OF PAIN. 16 POUNDS OF MEAT. 2 PEOPLE. 1 HOUR.”

This is what Joseppi’s Pizza posted on their Instagram page, challenging customers to partake in their “Mega-Meat Pizza Challenge.” 

“It’s a party size version of our mega meat pizza! Sausage, ham, ground beef, pepperoni and bacon,” Joseppi’s replied to a comment on their post.

If the pizza is finished, customers win their money back, plus $150 in Joseppi’s Pizza gift cards.

While many Facebook comments seemed worried that there’s no possible way two people could finish a pizza this large in an hour, Youtube videos prove that it’s been done before.

In order to partake, you must email [email protected] to schedule a time first. They have locations in Hilliard, Hilltop, Orient, Galloway, Lincoln Village, Mount Sterling, London, Commercial Point, Grove City, and Columbus.
