Longhorn Steakhouse
Opening at 5091 N. High St. Columbus, OH

A recent city permit indicates that Longhorn Steakhouse is in the process of renovating the old, now-closed Bob Evans located in Graceland Shopping Center. Bob Evans closed in 2021, and the building has remained empty ever since.

Longhorn Steakhouse has locations around Columbus already, including near Polaris, Gahanna, and Dublin. They serve a variety of steaks, Tex-Mex sides, salads, and desserts.

KPOT Korean BBQ and Hot Pot
Opening at 8665 Sancus Blvd. Columbus, OH

Their first location opened at 5240 Bethel Rd. in February of this year, and they’re already set to open another location near Polaris, according to KPOT’s website.

Hot Pot is an Asian cooking method, where meats and vegetables are prepared in a simmering pot of soup stock, right on your dining table. KPOT will also offer a Korean BBQ option, where patrons cook their own meats and vegetables on a hot grill at their table.
