Ohio State Fair inspections begin before the fun

Before all the fun, festivities and llama petting can begin, all of the rides must be tested for safety. Monday morning inspections started on the some 70 rides that have to be tested before the gates open. According to NBC4, inspectors say that the likelihood of an accident or malfunction happening is slim, but nonetheless the tests must go on.
