Now open: Columbus gets a new Krispy Kreme
Update: More than a dozen people camped out overnight to be among the first to enjoy offerings from the new Krispy Kreme at 6990 East Broad Street. The stored opened to customers today.

We all know that it’s been an ugly week. So, on this Friday, let’s try to find a bit of news about something positive. Okay, here we go….
FREE DOUGHNUTS
Krispy Kreme will open a new store at 6990 East Broad Street on Tuesday (12/8). The first 100 people through the door will get free doughnuts. Isn’t that the best?
Krispy Kreme says that the first customer through the doors will score a free dozen of their glazed doughnuts every week for a year. The next 99 folks will each receive a free dozen of their glazed doughnuts each month for a year. The first 150 people will get a free t-shirt.
Those hoping to win need to register in person the day before the opening in order to have a chance at all of that free sweet deliciousness.
