Senior citizen shot in driveway outside of her home
66-year-old Joan Dumas had just gotten home and parked her car Monday night. She says that she heard gunshots before exiting her vehicle. Then she felt a bullet. She had been shot in the shoulder just outside of her home on the city’s southeast side.
From Columbus Police:
Witnesses stated that two black males exited a white Dodge Charger, with a black stripe along the back of the vehicle, approached the victim’s vehicle and opened fire on her and her car. The two suspects then fled in their vehicle.
Doctors say that the woman will be alright.
