Ready for an elf scavenger hunt? Check out these local “Elf Trails!”

What if we told you there’s a way for you to complete your holiday shopping while bringing the kids along, and having the kids entertained the entire time?

The Short North and Historic Dublin have put together “Elf Trails,” where elves are hidden around the shops and businesses in the area.

In the Short North Elf Trail, kids under 12 can search for Elves on the Shelves around participating businesses, and once they find them, they’ll get a sticker from the shop. They’ll turn their Elf Trail card in to receive a free hot cocoa or apple cider from Short North’s Northstar Cafe or Roaming Goat Coffee! You can pick up a card at any of the participating businesses, or just print one at home. The scavenger hunt ends December 31st.

There are also 12 elves hidden around Historic Dublin, waiting on your little ones to spot them. This free, family friendly event has no age limit and ends December 23rd. You can pick up your entry card at any of the participating businesses listed below, or at the Dublin Ohio Visitor Center from 8a-9pm daily. 

Each time an elf is discovered, have your card signed or stamped by the business. Return your completed card to any of the 12 locations for a chance to win a Grand Prize Basket, which will take place on December 24th! The winner will be notified via email or text by December 29th.
