New steps in broadcasting, Cap City Half Marathon to be televised
Organizers of the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon have announced that next year’s event will be broadcast on 10TV. The event will be the first time that an Ohio half marathon has been televised LIVE.
The April contest will coincide with the 2016 Men’s & Women’s USA Half Marathon Championships.
10TV is proud to work with our partners to inspire Central Ohioans to live a longer and more vital life. We believe broadcasting the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon is a fundamental part of our responsibility to the community we serve.

More than 15,000 entrants are expected to take part in the day’s activities.
We are proud to host the USA Half Marathon Championships in Columbus in 2016 and 2017 and honored that WBNS 10TV has come on board to broadcast our sport’s national championship live. We look forward to crowning half marathon national champions in Columbus in 2016 and 2017 and will work with USA Track & Field to roll out the red carpet and create the best athlete experience possible.
