Upcoming pirate themed exploration and activity night coming to Franklin Park Conservatory

Ahoy Mateys! Franklin Park Conservatory invites you to hoist your metaphorical sails and join the fun May 31, 5-9 p.m., for their Pirate Palooza.

Part of their string of themed Conservatory Explore Nights, families are encouraged to come dressed in pirate attire (although not required) and explore both inside and outside with their very own treasure map.

The map will take young pirates through several activities such as crafting their very own “parrot matey” and sand art bottles, a pirate dance, sword practice and even stopping to grab food at one of their food trucks/bars. Marked with an X, a special treasure awaits those who complete all the activities.

BROUGHT TO YOU BY

With Buckeye Lake’s own Pirate Fest taking place earlier in the month, the conservatory follows the trend of pirate themed festivities, but with a new and unique spin to specifically inspire young buccaneers.

Admission to the event will be available for purchase starting at $16 for children ages 3-12, $26.50 for adults aged 13-59 and $22.50 for seniors aged 60 or older. Discounted prices are available for those who have a membership with the conservatory.
