Local ice cream shop offering Ice Cream Turkeys ahead of Thanksgiving

Sure, pumpkin and pecan pies are great, but let’s not kid ourselves here: ice cream remains at the top of the dessert food chain.

So if you’re searching for a way to incorporate ice cream into your next Thanksgiving gathering, look no further than Ice Cream Turkeys from Johnson’s Ice Cream.

The unique seasonal treat starts with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which is encased in a chocolate shell and then decorated with frosting to resemble a turkey.

Johnson’s Ice Cream Turkeys are currently available in the Grab and Go freezers at Johnson’s locations, and for preorder by calling your local store. According to a social media post from the local ice cream shop, supplies of the Thanksgiving-themed treats are limited.

Johnson’s currently operates six locations, its original store in Bexley, plus stores in Italian Village, Grandview, New Albany and Canal Winchester.
