An assistant Franklin County prosecutor was fired after causing a drunk driving accident that injured a motorcyclist last week.
Nathan Yohey, 36, was fired on Thursday of last week, the day after the crash.
Yohey was initially charged with a misdemeanor operation of a vehicle while intoxicated, but he could face felony charges because the accident resulted in the injury of the motorcyclist.
After colliding with the motorcyclist and a car while making a left turn, Yohey refused to speak to officers or take a blood-alcohol test.
