Buy your earplugs now, AWOLNATION is coming to Columbus

Local radio station CD 102.5 dropped a huge concert announcement this morning: AWOLNATION, best known for their hit song “Sail,” is coming to Express Live indoors this July.

The band’s eclectic blend of rock and hip-hop is built on a foundation of huge, fuzzed-out basslines and topped off with frontman Aaron Bruno’s signature vocal performances.

Expect to hear music from the band’s 2015 album Run as well.

Also performing will be noise-punk duo Death From Above 1979, whose music straddles the line between sheer intensity and pop accessibility.

Needless to say, this show will be fun, wild and loud. Take it from us, you’ll want to bring some earplugs to this one.

Tickets for the July 6 concert go on sale this Friday.
