A former owner of a Rita’s Italian Ice in Powell is facing multiple charges of sex abuse revolving around what prosecutors said he called “Fun Fridays.”
Danny Kistos allegedly drugged his teenage employees with alcohol and prescription depressants and “tested his boundaries” with five girls, all of whom were under 18.
Kistos turned himself in last Friday according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office, but he entered a not guilty plea.
He is being represented by a public defender, who would not comment on the facts of the case.
