Columbus Food Truck Cookbook launches this week

Ever wanted to learn the secret to how food trucks make their dishes so delectable? Now you can with the new Columbus Food Truck Cookbook!

Incorporating recipes from food trucks such as Buckeye Donuts, Ray Ray’s Hog Pit, Challah, Paddy Wagon and many more, the new cookbook aims to open a window into this budding aspect of Columbus culture.

Authors Tiffany Harelik and Renee Casteel Cook are hosting a book signing this Wednesday at The Book Loft, featuring food from The Explorer’s Club food truck (which is featured in the cookbook).
