Trump Campaign Calls Early Morning Voters A “Gimmick”

Members of the Ohio Together Campaign camped outside the Franklin County Board of Elections last night just to be the first ones to vote, according to 10tv. If that isn’t dedication for one of America’s most basic rights, I don’t know what is.

Early voting started today, and the students camping outside the elections office were pumped to know that they were the first people in Franklin County to cast their vote, they said to NBC4i.

According to several media outlets, Scott Unger had this to say in a statement this morning, “The Clinton campaign has people camping out overnight to vote like they’re waiting for the new iPhone, but these gimmicks are just meant to distract from the low-energy for her candidacy among regular Ohio voters. Our campaign will be using every day of early and absentee voting to get out our voters, culminating in an Election Day win for Mr. Trump.”

The Franklin County Board of Elections reported receiving more than 123,ooo absentee ballot requests, which will be sent out today. Early voting resumes until November 7th, so get out there, use your civic right, and you may just help shape the future for the next four years.
