What better way to get into the spirit of (614)’s FitWeek than beholding the spectacle of the Arnold Classic circa 1993. There’s a lot to unpack in the clip, including a questionable segment where Ahhhhnold himself puts his face and hands a little too close to woman who quite simply just wants to work her legs.

The pose off features some quality 90s hair, and some intense #posedowns — also men in teeny, tiny bikinis with overdeveloped muscles and the glistening sheen of baby oil and spray tan. Enjoy.
