New Cafe Brioso project turns to crowdsourcing

Crowdsourcing is like catnip for companies and businesses. Most probably go bonkers at the knowledge that they can open a business and start the plans without having any of the money, because you know, someone else can help with all of the funds. Cafe Brioso is turning to Fundable (same Kickstarter concept for businesses) to get the money for their new coffee lab they plan to open in the Brewery District. The new shop will be based around the concept of customer specific roastings (your coffee will be so you) and pouring fantastic cups of coffee. The Fundable campaign is looking to get $20,000 to start their newest enterprise.

Cafe Brioso caffeinating the Discovery District too

The coffee roasters and baristas at Cafe Brioso are expanding from Downtown into the Discovery District. Brioso Coffee is their new concept and according to a press release, will have an open floor design so that customers can watch and partake in the cupping, roasting and even experimental coffee laboratory (possibly concocting the ultra caffeinated vice) first hand. The company’s plan is to have the shop open by the winter at Long Street and 6th.
