Teen murder suspect heading to court as adult

Sixteen year-old Donald Loper IV will be tried in court as an adult for the murder of 14-year-old Amanda Kirwin this week. His first court appearance is expected to be Sept. 18. The boy has been accused of killing Kirwin Monday night, according to NBC4. Records also show Loper has had five charges for misdemeanors this year.
