Franklin County lightening up child support process

Officials in Franklin County have decided to revamp their protocol for collecting child support. They’re attempting to make it more customer-oriented to encourage more families to participate.
The Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency is one of eight agencies switching up their routine as part of an experimental federal program.
They’ve simplified paperwork, they’re sending thank-you notes when parents continually make payments, and also include business-reply envelopes to make future payments more convenient.
The process to support our nation’s youth shouldn’t be intimidating so hopefully this experiment reaps positive results.
