Pairing the best restaurants in town with the freshest ingredients around, Farm to Plate week beings Monday. Throughout the city, menus and dishes will be created with 70 percent of the ingredients grown locally. AJs, Bodega, The Crafty Pint, The Crest and others will be participating in the week.
