Sam Adams-themed bar will be newest establishment getting John Glenn airport travelers drunk

Normal airports are boring, boring, boring. John Glenn Columbus International Airport is crafty, crafty, crafty. On the heels of a Land-Grant taproom opening in Concourse B last year, the Columbus airport will welcome a Samuel Adams-themed bar called American Craft Tavern mid-summer in Concourse C.

Maybe they’re spicing up their alcoholic beverage options so that when flights get delayed, babies don’t stop crying, and iPhone chargers stop working, at least travelers will be good and drunk.

There are loads of other changes happening at Concourse C, which serves Delta Air Line passengers:

  • Donatos will replace Johnny Rockets with a full bar and quick-serve options. It will be open by the end of the year.
  • Buckeye Hall of Fame Café will become a PGA Tour Grill (plenty of beer options, don’t worry). TBA completion date
  • Starbucks will stay put but undergo an expansion and upgrade. TBA completion date
