Want to buy a 34-story building? Continental Plaza is for sale
The 605,128-square-foot Continental Plaza is for sale once more (except the land underneath it). The building at 180 E. Broad St. is looking for new owners, but it doesn’t have a list price. “It’s a bidding process without a formal asking price,” JLL Columbus agent Collin Wheeler told Columbus Business First. “We’re calling for offers through the Labor Day weekend.” Just to give a ball park range on what the building could cost someone: last year it sold for about $52 million, according to the paper.
