June 26, mark your calendars with a giant piece of pepperoni because that’s when Giordano’s in Polaris officially opens. But for now, they’ve opened softly to give you a taste of what they’ve got to offer.
The pizza joint will be flinging dough out of 2137 Polaris Pkwy where Buffalo Wild Wings used to be. B-dubs moved to a new spot just to the east. The Chicago-style pie shop is best known for their delicious, cheesy deep-as-hell dish pizzas. Seriously, one piece and your cravings are kicked.
Most of the pizza chain’s locations are in Illinois but they’re finally spreading the wealth.
