Paired with Slow Food Columbus, Shake the Hand That Feeds You VII will bring in dinner guests from across Columbus to Flying J Farm. Kent Rigsby of Rigsby’s kitchen will be cooking up culinary delights and Jeni has agreed to make a special ice cream solely for the event for guests to try. The night along with the dinner will provide the guests with a window into where their food is grown, and how local farmers function. The entire dinner along with the auction will be eaten against the backdrop of Flying J Farm.
