Dublin library under construction, bookworms enter chrysalis stage
Hey all you Dublin bookworms, it’s been a nice run but it’s time you enter into your chrysalis stage while the library undergoes construction.
The Columbus Metro Library’s Dublin branch at 75 North High Street will close at 6pm on Wednesday, November 22 for reconstruction.
Although there will be a year+ lull, the new library is looking pretty sharp.
The new library will built on the same site but be more than twice the size. It’ll also have an adjacent 200-space parking lot to convenience patrons. Come 2019, you can hatch as beautiful butterflies and visit the brand new library.
In the meantime an interim Dublin branch will open at 6765 Dublin Center Drive (near Big Sandy Superstore) on Tuesday, January 2 with the following hours:
Monday through Thursday from 10am- 7pm
Friday and Saturday from 10am- 6pm
Sunday from 1- 5pm
