Injury reported following blaze at Gahanna retirement home
A woman is in critical condition after a fire at a Gahanna retirement community this morning.
The blaze began in the 83-year-old woman’s first floor apartment kitchen at The Worthington Senior Living and Retirement Community in the 1200 block of Riva Ridge Court.
Firefighters arrived at the scene around 6:13am and discovered the woman unresponsive.
No other injuries were reported and the cause remains under investigation, reports ABC6.
